BACKGROUND

Alain was called to the Singapore Bar in 1996. With almost 3 decades of experience, he has represented a cross-section of clients in both contentious and uncontentious matters.

Over the years, Alain has handled a broad spectrum of cases. He has acted in complex litigation matters, including minority oppression suits, derivative actions and complex matrimonial proceedings.

His experience in trials is diverse, ranging from matrimonial claims to technological disputes.
